Originally from Philadelphia, Kate moved to Arizona where she attended Northern Arizona University to pursue a degree in business management but instead discovered her true passion of wanting to make a difference in the lives of children.
She is currently studying psychiatry at Saddle Back College and hopes to transfer to UCI to complete the program and earn a bachelor’s degree in child psychiatry.

Since graduating from Career Networks Institute in Orange in 2001, Shy has had the opportunity to work in a wide area of fields – all in the healthcare industry.
Her exposure to both Eastern and Western Healthcare provided her the opportunity to present a holistic and scientific approach to healing which provides a priceless balance among spiritual, emotional and physical wellness.
Shy has practiced in Day Spas, Physical Therapy offices and Chiropractic practices she continues to be an authority in her field and an expert in relieving muscle tension.
Trent Harrison Office Technician
Born and raised here in Rancho Santa Margarita, Trent has had a passion for helping others as long as he can remember. He regularly volunteers his time to non-profit betterment organizations and loves educating others on specific methods that can assist in a pain-free lifestyle.
Trent takes health and wellness seriously and is a firm believer that lives can be changed for the better through health and wellness programs. He is passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and is currently studying Kinesiology at Saddleback College and plans to become a chiropractor in the near future.
Barbara Hughes Massage Therapist
Barbara has been practicing massage therapy for over ten years. In 2003 she graduated from Career Network Institute.
Later she graduated from The Academy of Natural Healing Herbal Studies in 2006 as a Holistic Health Practitioner.
Barbara’s specialties are in the area of prenatal massage, infant massage, deep tissue, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage and herbal studies.
